Basketball Opportunities at Long Hollow

Two new offerings from our sports ministry.

Adult Basketball League

Cost: $30 per player. No refunds will be issued after the first game.
Who: For all men who are out of High School.
Dates & Times: Games will begin August 31st and end in early October. (Depending on the number of teams)
League: Men’s Tuesday Night “3 v 3” half-court league.
Where: All games will be played on the outdoor courts at Long Hollow’s Hendersonville Campus.
Registration: August 1 – 22

Registration Guidelines and Procedures: Teams that register by August 22nd will be guaranteed a spot to play. Teams can have a maximum of 5 players on the roster. All teams must have at least 1 Long Hollow member. All teams must have 4 players. Teams that register after August 22nd will be placed on a waiting list. Teams must register together with all forms and money turned in at the same time. Registration forms can be picked up/turned in at the Gathering Area on Sunday mornings and Wednesday Nights, or at the Church’s main office Monday – Thursday 8am – 5 pm and Friday 8am – Noon.

In the event of byes or other contingencies, teams may play a limited amount of games on nights other than the one listed for the league.

Basketball Fundamentals for 4th-5th Grade

This camp starts August 26th and runs through September 30th. Cost for the camp is $20.

During this six-week camp, participants will be taught the fundamentals of basketball including: dribbling, passing, shooting, etc. The camp will be held on the outdoor courts at Long Hollow’s Hendersonville Campus every Thursday from 6-7pm.

Sign ups will be on Sundays and Wednesdays in the Hendersonville Campus Gathering Area until August 22 or until the camp is full (space is limited!).
