No matter what the the circumstances, grief recovery is a painful process.
“GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays” is a helpful, encouraging seminar for people facing the holidays after a loved one’s death. Please join us on Sunday, December 7th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Long Hollow’s Hendersonville Campus. Childcare is available with advanced reservations. There’s no charge for this event.
Sign up sheets are located in the church lobby on the Hendersonville Campus or you may click on Save Your Spot. Consider bringing another hurting person with you to share in this event.
The seminar features video interviews with counselors, grief experts and other people who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death and who offer practical suggestions and reassurance.
You’ll discover:
- what emotions to expect during the coming days,
- how to prepare for the holidays,
- how to manage relationships and holiday socials, and
- how the holidays can help you heal.
