If you are traveling with us in 2009, now is the time to go ahead and get a current U.S. Passport. Visit travel.state.gov for complete information and details on obtaining a passport. It takes about three weeks to process a passport application, so apply early to avoid an expedited service fee later. You can turn in your passport application at the following local Post Offices:
