A word from our Preschool Minister.

This is such a wonderful time of year to experience God's creation. Plan outdoor activities with your family. Nature walks, outdoor games, flying a kite, tossing a Frisbee, a picnic, outdoor family devotions, cooking outdoors, and camp outs are all great ways to celebrate and enjoy God's creation and your family.

The next few months preschoolers in Discovery Trail will be having Bible lessons on: "God Made Families," "Showing God's Love," and "God Loves Everyone." Look for those teachable moments in the everyday life of your family to emphasize these truths. God loves you and we at Long Hollow Baptist Church love you, too!

Important Dates and Activities to Remember:

VBS Hendersonville Campus: June 2-5, 2008
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

VBS Gallatin Campus: June 9-13, 2008
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Preschool VBS is for preschoolers of VBS volunteers with the exception of our Pre-K. All Pre-K students are invited to participate. Be sure and register your preschooler NOW!

Parent-Child Dedication – Father's Day, June 15, 2008 - Hendersonville Campus

This will be a special day of worship, praise, and thanksgiving. It will also be an opportunity to celebrate Fathers and the blessing of family. Parents, if you would like to participate in dedicating yourselves and your child(ren) to the Lord and make a public commitment to raise your children in a Christian home, please contact the preschool office to sign up for one of these services: 8:00, 9:30, 11:00.

Day Camp for RISING PRE-K - Hendersonville Campus
July 10-11, 2008 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This is a FIRST. Sign up preschoolers who will enter Pre-K this Fall. The fee is $10. We have a lot of fun planned and a free T-shirt!
