Mentoring means using the wisdom that comes from life’s experiences to help others who are encountering similar experiences in their lives. Christian mentors share how God guides, supports, counsels, and consoles, in both good and bad times.

Meet at Least Once a Week
Keep In Touch With Your Girl During the Week. Make a phone call, write a note, send an email, or text message.
Pray for the Girl on a Daily Basis asking her each week for prayer requests.
Encourage Dependence on God Holding Girls Accountable For Their Daily Quiet Time, taking time each week to ask her if she has been consistent in her quiet time, prayer, and scripture memory.
Holding Girl Accountable on Other Areas in her Life. As a mentor your role is to speak truth into the lives of girls because you are more interested in their holiness than their happiness. The following questions are some suggestions for ways to hold girls accountable:
